    Assess

    See what's really happening

Whichever assessment you start with, the job is the same: replace what everyone assumes is happening with something measured.

The StackUp assessment on a tablet beside an agent set-up screen and an incoming call on a phone.

    Technology Assessment

Answer 84 questions across 12 categories. Eight of them carry the score, so you get strengths, gaps and hidden risks measured the same way every time.

    Discovery Agents

Agents that call or message your team directly, surfacing what's really happening day-to-day - in minutes, not weeks.

    Outcome

You'll have a clear, independent picture of your organisation's current technology state - both on paper and on the ground.

    Questions

    The things people ask first

Nothing, and no credit card. The free Snapshot plan covers the technology assessment, the AI maturity assessment, your health score, the hidden risks and opportunities it surfaces, and the financial impact calculation. Paid plans add ongoing tracking, the action planner, agent insights and the benchmark comparison.

The project assessment is about fifteen minutes and the AI maturity assessment about thirty. The technology assessment is eighty-four questions and most people finish it in a sitting. The AI leadership assessment is roughly twenty minutes per leader, taken separately. The crisis simulation is one hour in a room.

Whoever is closest to the thing being assessed: the technology leader for the technology and AI assessments, the delivery lead or sponsor for a project, each leader individually for the leadership assessment. The discovery agents are the exception, because they go and ask your team directly.

No. Every score is calculated by fixed rules from the answers, so the same answers always produce the same number. AI writes the narrative around the score and runs the agent conversations, and it is labelled wherever it appears, but it never moves the figure you would have to defend in a board paper.

No. They are separate, and most organisations start with one. They share a platform, so the results sit together and the four steps below apply to whichever you run, but nothing depends on having done the others first.

A verified score of 80 or higher on the technology assessment. There is no separate audit to book and no second assessment to sit, so the route to it is closing the gaps your assessment already showed you. You can then display it on your site, in tenders, and in board and investor material.

Yes. You can invite your board, your executives and your technology team into the platform so everyone is looking at the same view, which is usually the point of running one in the first place.

The best time to strengthen your technology foundations was yesterday. The second-best is now.
